Key Benefits

Using a survey to identify vendor readiness for ICD-10 based on certain criteria, VitalWare has devised a 7-level rating system based on a vendor’s answers to the survey questions and their ability over time to meet milestones. All vendors are encouraged to participate by going to the HIMSS ICD-10 PlayBook and choosing to participate, producing a level 1 rating.

VitalVendors Features

VitalVendors displays vendor level participation and the names of products affected by ICD-10. The viewer can search by product name or vendor name. Once selected by the viewer, the following information is displayed: the vendor’s readiness level, contact information and the list of products affected by ICD-10 with the stage of readiness. VitalVendors will not drill down to show product specific information.
